Hosting is included. No monthly fee from me.

The £250 site includes the hosting. You are not paying me every month just so the pages stay up. That is the deal Daniel wrote about in his Google review: he had been paying to host an old site, and the new one does not add that bill.

Your domain name stays yours. If you already own it, I point it at the new site. If you need a new name, I tell you the cost of the name before I buy it. The name is not the same thing as the hosting.

I don’t bundle a mailbox into that. Email on your own domain is a separate job, and I won’t pretend the Gmail address on this site is a company inbox. Call or WhatsApp if you want the site, and I’ll say what is included before you agree.

The price list is on the homepage. A rebuild of a site you already have is on the redesign page.
